As your neighborhood clinic, we are on a mission to help you maintain your well-being in the most effective and reliable way possible. We promise integrity and responsibility for your trust and confidential medical information. Before we are medical providers and professionals, we are parents and carers. Our staff understands the importance of health and safety for all patients and will do our utmost to keep that level of security and care
Our Values and Approach
An essential aspect of our clinical values is including and welcoming all patients of different ages and ethnicities. Our staff is especially informed and educated about the diversity of our population and is determined to take steps to align with each patient's interests and comfort zones.
Our warm patient interactions and active inclusivity of all are aspects that we are proud to have established in our clinic and are determined to maintain.
Although we are one clinic, we hope to act out on our vision within our community.
Meet Our Healthcare Provider
Stella Eke PhD, DNP, APRN, FNP-C
Dr. Eke obtained her Doctor of Philosophy degree from University of Texas-Health Science Center-Houston. She further completed her Master of Science and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees from Texas Woman's University. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she sees patients cross the lifespan (children and adults). Dr. Eke has over twenty years of experience as a nurse, and over fifteen years experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in primary care. Dr. Eke believes in and incorporates holistic care in every patient encounter. Her interaction with patients exemplifies compassion and empathy. She is always patient and attentive to her patients' concerns and overall well-being.
Dr. Eke is also an educator and has taught both in graduate and undergraduate nursing programs at the university level, as well as held leadership positions in academia. Her research interest focuses on chronic disease management, and in exploring the impact of disease perceptions on treatment adherence behaviors among Black hypertensive adults.
